 1. Origins

Origins Mod

Minecraft, the sandbox it is allows you to live out your fantasies. And whilst RP is possible in the base game, the Origins mod completely alters the way every new game playthrough is played. Origins is similar to other RPGs because you can choose a specific race you wish to play, which can alter the way you experience the game. With 11 options to choose from, you'll have plenty of choices to make each world feel fresh and challenging.

Here are some great examples:

The Arachnid allows you to climb any surface, making traversal infinitely easier. As an Arachnid you also apply cobwebs to enemies while fighting them. The drawback is that you'll have 3 fewer hearts and can only consume meat products.

Another is the Merling, which completely changes the game. You can breathe underwater, swim and mine extremely quick, and your vision is crystal clear whilst in the liquid. The downside? It's impossible to breathe on land. You'll need to carry water if you intend to travel underground or on land.

2. Blocks with Decorative Designs
